  Need help opening New Elders manual

  i found the new shepared the flock of god elders manual and downloaded it.

  i found it on a "pirate" something web site.

  i have spent about 8 hours trying to find a program that will open it.

  A long and unexpected JW encounter

  hi guys!

  i pull up to my daugher's home in phoenix this morning, just got there from tucson for a visit.

  and lo and behold, 2 jw are walking up the driveway.

  TV's best Series-ending episodes

  and now for something a little lighter.. i enjoy well made movies and television series, especially when they push the envelope, do something different.

  there are currently two tv series i'm following closely (dexter and breaking bad), both of which have great promise for spectacular endings.. here are my biased rankings for a few television series that actually wrapped up with a final episode (out of 10).

  m*a*s*h, "goodbye, farewell and amen" - february 28, 1983, after eleven seasons - 7/10 (series went on too long, got stale, ending was overdue).

  twin peaks had the worst ending, I think it went for too long and got too weird, putting hints of freemason was a nice touch but didn't like the ending, the movie was actually pretty good, anyone that didn't follow the series disliked the movie.

  If dexter is anything like the novel its based on there should be....should I say it, at some stage.

  charles taze russel, an alleged free mason was the nephew of william huntington russell, the creator of the skull and crossbones, the americna version of the illuminati.

  kinda makes sense that the apple wouldnt fall from the tree..

  A few things I would like to bring up.

  According to this book, masons being a secretive cult (if I can call it that) are taught to lie in the case of protecting their interests, so there wouldn't be any traces of the Russels being freemasons, not saying that he is one, he could just be interested, I dont think we will ever know.

  Also, the NW translation initial bible for the bible students was bought from a Freemason.

  There are similarities in wording, gran architect, kingdom etc.

  Bible studends had meetings in masonic chambers.

  But most symbols used by masons were adopted, sundisk is egyptian, cross in crown was used in other religions, the knight was a symbol used in the crusades, etc.

  If the world was always free from the calamities described in Matthew 24:4-14 and 2 Timothy 3:1-7 that indicate we're living in the last days, there would be no need for divine intervention in the first place.

  Jesus second advent is up to interpretation (if it has happened or will happen), the bible also speaks of the destruction of earth and heavens which does not indicated if it will be through divine or natural cause. But 607BCE can be debunked, I have not quoted what I read in the book, about the linkage of Jeremiah with Daniel and Revelation.

  Yeah.. ok you may want to read that again, its the good news of Jesus not Jehovah, you know the one you guys never preach about.

  How about Spade Deut 18:21 ""How will we know whether or not a prophecy is from the L ORD ?” If the prophet speaks in the L ORD ’s name but his prediction does not happen or come true, you will know that the L ORD did not give that message. That prophet has spoken without My authority and need not be feared.

  Spade, Carl's book (last revision) also reviews Rolf Furuli's first volume, its a lengthy review and interesting.

  And, lets say satan made all this 586BCE up, even then without secular data you will still find huge cheese holes in the JW theology (also in carl's book), I even found a scripture in the WT bible-OT which reads differently from all the other bibles.

  Spade, if you do have Carl's book you would know that there are 14 lines of evidence against 607BCE and zero against 587BCE. You would also know that 607BCE idea came from a second adventist, this second adventist who adopted the idea from millinearies to link various scriptures to come up with the return of Christ (not the invicible return but the return to destroy), do you know what the bible says about people who prophecie Spade?

  Despite what you have been told or have read, (also in the book)these dates can only come from secular dating, take out 539BCE and you wont have a point of referrence. Its a great book and I hope you put it to the test rather just quoting WT mags.
